As one disruptive leadership development element of our Making More Health’s Insights weeks we ask our leaders to prepare, pitch and to implement a training that has an impact for the people living close to the poverty line.
This time we asked them to train farmers in Bungoma county on basic business skills. During the week the managers stared to prepare the training. One day we went to the fields and built a relationship with the farmers while visiting their farms and talking to each other to understand the needs.
The next day the training sessions started. The win win was really high for both – for the farmers and for the managers.
Incredible what can be the benefit for everyone, for the farmers and the managers, when we just start to do something concretely together!
